Automatic Bank Draft

Automatic Bank Draft allows your banking facility to make automatic monthly deductions from your bank account to pay your monthly electric bill.  This is a convenient method of paying which customers choose, and is available at no extra cost.  Almost any bank in the nation can be used for this method of payment.

With Automatic Bank Draft you still get your bill the same time each month as before.  On it will be printed the day on which your bank account will be charged for you payment, normally about eight days after you receive your bill.  This gives you a chance to make sure your bank balance is sufficient to cover the bill or gives you enough time to contact us if for some reason you do not wish your account to be charged. This service may be initiated by visiting the customer counter at the HES office at the address listed below.
